Villa Verde y Azul In is located in Santa Teresa Nord, on our private property on a dead end road, 200 meters up the hill. Very private, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the village and the main road. Nevertheless, you can reach the beach, the nearest restaurants and the supermarket called Super la Hacienda in 5 - 10 minutes on foot.

The Verde y Azul was built with great attention to detail, close to nature. The climate in Costa Rica is fantastic and offers you the unique opportunity to live “outside” all year round.
On the first floor there is a kitchen and an open living room with sofa and hanging bed. Cooking outside in the fully equipped kitchen is a real highlight.

The first floor room sleeps four people in two queen-size beds and is equipped with a ceiling fan and AC. It also has its own bathroom with shower.
The sea breeze keeps the house pleasantly cool. If you like, you can cool off in the saltwater pool.

On the second floor, you sleep in a king-size bed under a mosquito net, as this room is also open-plan. You can wake up to a great view of the rainforest and the sea. There is also a covered terrace where you can meditate, do yoga or simply read a book with a fantastic view.

Right next to the main house is the guest house with a queen-size bed including air conditioning and space for two people. The bathroom is open-plan so that you feel as close to nature as possible.

The house is cleaned daily by our team (except on Sundays and Costa Rican holidays). The guest is responsible for cleaning the kitchen and dishes. In the kitchen you will find coffee and sugar for your first coffee. Otherwise, for hygienic reasons, we do not provide basic cooking utensils such as salt, pepper, oil, etc.

Shower/hair shampoo and towels are available. Towels are changed every 2 - 3 days.
The house has a 100mega fiberoptic connection and is therefore also suitable for working on the computer.
There is a beautiful shala on our property where you can do yoga, meditation or fitness.
Our property manager lives with our dog in the entrance area of the property. He will welcome you and check you in. He will be available for questions on site or via What's App. He will be happy to organize yoga classes or massages for you in our yoga shala. He can also book surf lessons, ATVs and much more.
