Our property is built in harmony with the rainforest. Guests acknowledge that the property features open-air bathrooms, natural ventilation (no AC), uneven surfaces, stairs, and the presence of local wildlife. Guests participate in physical activities (yoga, surfing, etc.) and use property features (pool, terraces) at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the pool. Drop In Costa Rica is not liable for injuries, health issues, or loss of personal property sustained during your stay, except in cases of proven gross negligence or intentional misconduct. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by extreme weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
